This place is stunning and conveniently located, featuring newly renovated spacious rooms with great views and helpful staff.

The room here was just renovated and quite spacious with a roll-in shower 🚿. It had lovely decor and a big bathroom to relax in.

The breakfast was nice and hot, and we were able to check in early. The king room was really nice, with its own balcony, a comfy couch, and even a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. 🌞

Perfectly clean place, updated rooms, excellent and amiable staff. Unbeatable, marvellous location close to the old market area. Magnificent view, good bar - everything was fine.

Perfect and excellent location, it was just next door to many dining options as well as DJ's Dugout around the corner. We stayed at the newly decorated room with a comfy bed, balcony, and a fridge.

Everything was excellent - well-appointed rooms and satisfactory breakfasts. Very very helpful staff, early check in. Location not far from the Old Market, Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail Headquarters and Visitor Center, and the Bob Kerrey suspension bridge, several shops and restaurants, sports bars, beauty salons and spas. Great service provided with smiles. Shuttle available to the airport if needed.

Great location, just a short walk to an indoor arena. The room was cozy with a big, comfy bed; plenty of space to sprawl out 😊.

This place is super clean and the staff here are extremely helpful and accommodating, plus the rooms offer a great view and the breakfast selection is excellent.

I recently stayed at Courtyard in downtown Omaha for a concert. The location was perfect, just a block away from the venue. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed that helped with my back pain. I loved the individual climate control and the smart TV. The inclusion of a refrigerator and a recycling bin was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and helpful. a great experience!

The suite I stayed in was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a refrigerator and microwave. The location was great, just a quick walk to the Old Market bars, even in the winter. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I particularly appreciated the exceptional service from Dez and Kyle, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent accommodations and authentic customer service.
